Brand of pellet smoker. I have the RT680 which new model is the RT700. Highly recommend this brand if you are looking for one. The 700 like my 680 comes with a 6 year warranty.

I’m at my sister’s and her daughter came over and made some sort of Mexican chicken casserole that was very good. Lots of cheese and salsa. Ate early afternoon so more of a brunch than supper.

We celebrated my mom with her choice of Da Vinci’s Italian (everybody got their favorite meal).
I had a deluxe calzone & washed it down with a glass of Cabernet. Definitely need some wine recommendations though.
