I would raise BV to at least tie the top DC pay, and the rest would get some sort of a bump up!!!

Given track record on the field and national recognition, seems about right, although I figured the #1 team would have been the one ahead of us. The only one who can top our recent run of playoff appearances and national championship.

No clue what he makes, but sure seems like a cool gig, without pesky on the field performance to worry about. That said, I know he plays a critical role in our success - have heard that straight from the players' mounts. Maybe dealing with crises of confidence constantly isn't all that easy, though. #thetigerwhisperer

And which of these fine coach’s is (not) focusing on special teams’ play. The kind of question an alum of a 13-0 team would ask. Still IMHO we seem to have all kinds of line and secondary coaches, and too often appear to lack a focus on 1/3 of the game.

We are good at patting ourselves on the back, until that onside kick or punt return beats us

We've got a tremendous staff . I know there are a lot of doubters out there debating til their blue in the face about who is a weak link or who isn't worth their money ... but my goodness stop and take a look at where we are as a program .
