of those loud-a$$ cranes, pile drivers, and all the other construction equipment waking me up very early every morning.

There was no sleeping in when those pile drivers were running.

I remember the architect showing me the plans and saying there would be ample Dippin Dots locations throughout. Obviously it was a lie

I still have a jigsaw puzzle I got for christmas one year of the stadium with only the south upper deck. I haven't put it together in a while. I think it still has all of the pieces.

and a steep incline also.My seats are at the bottom of the upper deck on the North side,10 rows from the bottom to be precise.I've never been all the way to the top of either side of the stadium, just middle ways but I can just imagine those that have to make that trek up that steep incline during the early part of the september home schedule when the temperatures are close to a 100 it has to be rough on the legs and especially for the older generation folks.

I sat on the last row upper deck student section in the sleet in 1980 when Duke and Ben Bennet beat the crap out of us.

I remember this well and so many of us have our names on the wall because we supported the expansion. The Valley was changed forever when the upper decks were added.

The top north deck is wider than the south. It also has at least 10 more rows. You are “up” there when you are on the last row.
I was in Johnstone F4 (Facing it) when it was being built.

Wonder why they didn't make it same size as South at least to balance the look of the stadium? Really not that noticeable but looks like they would have and bowled in the West end zone for the difference.
