the coots have 9 conference wins over Alabama,Tennessee,and Arkansas......teams with RPI ranikngs of 62,82,and 122.....ALso a sweep of out of conference RPI power at 121 Penn State. They have 9 wins over top 50 teams....

I assume you know IPTAY, which is our booster club, started way back in the 1930's. IPTAY originally meant "I Pay Ten(dollars) A Year".
The Chickens bastardized it into "I Plant Taters Avery Year", making fun of our agricultural heritage. So they got "Taters" out of that. Plus, it's not too far off from "Tigers" either.
