Quite a good season thus far, one must say.
But for reals, some fascinating backstory & character development, including 1) John Major was a badassse, 2) Dodi Fayed's dad is nutty (I say is because he is still living at 93), 3) Prince Philip was the king of badassses.

Need to catch up on it too.
I’ve seen the 1st 2
Lincoln lawyer is better and even though it strays from the books I still like it. Most of the variance is to make it current.

Count macros not calories. You can eat until you're full if you're eating the right stuff.
40% carbs (this does not mean bread and pastries, it means brown rice, beans, sweet potatoes & root vegetables) 35% protein (mostly tuna, chicken and lean beef. I probably eat too much red meat but I sacrifice in other areas) 25% fat (mostly from eggs, peanut butter, nuts and dairy)
Typical day would look like this (meal prep is key):
Breakfast: Oatmeal (no added sugar), 1 egg + 1/2 cup of egg whites, blueberries, 1 scoop protein shake Mid-morning snack: Oikos Triple-Zero Yogurt and RX Bar Lunch: Grilled Chicken thighs with brown rice and black beans Afternoon: 1 pack of tuna & a mandarin orange Post-Workout: 2 scoop protein shake Dinner: Sirloin and half a sweet potato Evening Snack: Glass of skim milk
^^^ This is about 2400 calories and 180-200g of protein and would be good for a cut. If Im' bulking, I double the rice/bean and oatmeal portions and will throw in an extra pack of tuna or two.
I go ham on the weekends with a full-on cheat-day. I'm probably not making the progress I could if cut this out, but it keeps me sane and makes the plan above more sustainable.

Yup. Disappointed. Nothing more than a rotten soap opera

Lousy casting of Charles, the Queen, the Queen Mother (absolutely ridiculous), and the rest of the royals. Diane is close to spot on.

Much better than Downton because it’s based on real life.

The earlier seasons are best because unless you’re 90+ years old you don’t remember the actual events. It’s not a soap opera though. It’s historical semi-fiction. So there isn’t necessarily a continuous story each season.
We’re a bunch of geeks so we love it.
