Tiger fans have been complaining about this for years, to no avail. Surely figured the Clemson Athletic Dept; Tim Bourrett; or somebody would’ve brought it to espn’s attention!
And here YOU have resolved it! BTW: didn’t you post earlier this week ‘about taking this on’? Really curious how you have the photo of the two helmets on the set desk, too!

It has been bothering me for years as well. Seeing the little paw drove me crazy and I wondered why no one from Clemson was bothered by it.
A couple months ago, I started with an email (with pictures for reference) to Dabo (or his secretary more like), and I did not get a response. Should have figured though, busy guy like himself.
Then I took it to Twitter and tagged everyone from Tigernet to Jeff Scott. And again, no response.
Finally I emailed the AD himself, and he forwarded the email to the Associate AD, and that is who took the baton and ran with the request. All credit to him for making this happen! After he made the switch, he emailed me the confirmation...really going above and beyond for the average lifelong fan like me!

We've fixed this for ESPN at EVERY SINGLE GAMEDAY that I can remember except for maybe our first with GT.
They even mentioned it on one of the Gameday's in the past.
How it still happens is baffling to me.
