FSU and Clemson

Nothing definitive as of yet, but I am hearing it is increasingly unlikely Clemson plays FSU this season. That leaves open the opportunity for a game on the 12th but I have heard that it might be preferable to have an open date before the ACC Championship Game. Notre Dame is scheduled to play at Wake that weekend, so who knows what will happen. One possibility, just from looking at the schedule, is Duke. But that is just me guessing

LMFAO!!! The only reason the SUC would not allow any OOC games is that 3 of the 4 rivalry games were at the ACC school. You can bet if the games were at SUC schools, they would have played.

I hope we don’t play FSU for several reasons . A big concern would be COVID exposure since I have no confidence in their ability to follow all the protocols.

And now we know....this was not all about Clemson having one player out it was about the sorry state of FSU football and the fact that they would lose face by not being able to field a team of any kind! Saving face is always been important to the 'savages', not matter what the infraction! Florida Womens Teachers College has been a close knit 'don't tell anyone anything' and 'deny everything' group! Dabo was right again...he usually has a good sense of what's what! The Semiholes can't follow the ACC guidelines because they were so screwed up they were outside the 'guide' and the 'lines'! Shame on you FSU!

I believe Notre Dame's 12/12 game was a Wake reschedule.
Wouldn't a more likely scenario be with Wake having a COVID cancellation that Clemson and Notre Dame both get the week off?
The seems more and more likely as we get further into this mess.

@davidhood - who makes that decision per the rules/policy. Is it the conference? Do the schools have to come to a consensus? Do you, wise one, know how that works? I think that could provide a lot of insight as to how it would play out eg if it is up to the schools I don’t think it would happen.
