So R. smith now in Auburn?

I'm all for supporting your teammates but this "world tour" is bugging me. And of course my opinion matters. ??
Hope it's not bugging the coaches. Thought Dabo did not like that after commitments.
Mr. David Hood please put my concern at ease with your inside knowledge and at your convenience. Thx!

Didn't realize it was that big of a troop. Were they all in Clemson too?

It is indeed a tour and I've always liked these guys getting out and seeing the world. If you don't like Clemson after seeing another place, you didn't belong here anyway.
The only school I would have concerns about with Smith is Maryland...he is from that area and one of his handlers was hired by the Terps back in February and I've been told the Maryland staff likes it chances on being able to flip Smith. Right now..I wouldn't worry too much but it bears watching. And it's why both Dabo and Jeff Scott reiterated to us earlier this week that they prefer the early signing period.

this handler? You say this is one of them, how many does he have and what exactly do they do? Do they just try to push him towards a school? Just trying to figure out how this works.

Like you said though. If you don't get "Clemson" then you may not be right for this team.
This LB crew is going to be sick. Mr. Smith, your path to greatness awaits in these Hills....#DoWork.

With these other guys. On the bright side, he brought some legit prospects with him to the cookout. Maryland is the only threat

"Nothing compared to Clemson." -Rahshaun Smith

Upon committing Smith had this to say- "I knew from day one, my first time down there," Smith said. "It was the place for me. I went down there in the summer and I was just on a trip and Clemson was one of the schools to camp at. I went down there and loved it and fell in love with the facilities and school and the coaches. Got a chance to experience some things.
"After I was done camping in the first session, coach (Brent) Venables told me I was one of the best guys he’s seen in camp. We sat down and talked defense and it was a great fit. Coach (Dabo) Swinney is definitely a great guy and coach (Mike) Reed – they always show me love. From that day, they recruited me the hardest."
Short read- "I've been to Clemson three times," he said. "The camp, it blew my mind -- the facilities. If you've never been to Clemson and you hear Clemson, you think Clemson, they're good at football. That's what I thought. When I went to campus, it blew my mind away, everything about it. It was definitely a great feeling."
Another notable quote- "Coach [Dabo] Swinney and I have a real strong relationship. When I took my mom down for a visit, my second time going, I got to meet the university president and he is from my hometown. We built a strong relationship, my mom loves him, he loves my family and I’ve not heard anybody say that they have had a meeting with the president of a school and I’m around a lot of top prospects. That was big."

or something. They say they don't like unfair advantages but will allow a school to hire a parent or handler in this case. There needs to be something done and I don't know how you do that maybe check and see if the person hire is even remotely qualified for what he is hire to do or something because this is getting out of hand. You know some fans of other teams think Clemson fans are on a high horse but I am glad that we have Dabo and that he does things the right way. Dabo isn't going to bribe a kid to join he's the type that if you want to be here then be here if not then don't.
