For those arguing about Knaak

You do realize that pitchers throw between outings correct. Usually a 60-65 pitch bullpen session. That's between Fri-Fri. With other lighter throwing sessions. It's not out of the question for him to pitch tomorrow. I can see both sides but please dont act like its black and white because its not. He threw less than 90 pitches Wed. Why pull him early if it wasn't in consideration?

It definitely isn’t black and white it’s a championship I wouldn’t be shocked if we see knaak I also wouldn’t be shocked if we don’t I think it’s 50/50

And if he started Friday, which is wouldn't start him against the 4, that still is 4 days rest. Typical for a starting pitcher at the next level.

But not at this level...:his routine, mind, body, and arm is programmed for 7 days

Because if we needed an at large bid to even make the tourney then yea maybe consider throwing him...But it's most certainly debatable after the win today that we should be an outright national 8 seed...There's zero reason to throw Aiden tomorrow on 3 days rest....especially when he's not accistom to it.

Softball should have been an 8 seed too. And yet eSECpn prevailed. You can't take anything for granted if you are named Clemson.

He will not pitch Sunday. You have to keep the young man career in your decisions. I don’t see out coaches un taken a chance.

Throwing Mahlstedt 60 pitches was a bigger risk

Coach has said 1hr of rest for every pitch thrown.

If there are people seriously saying he should pitch tomorrow, they should all be lobotomized.

If we burn through Mahlstedt early and have the lead in the 9th

Even if it's not his normal role, it'd be hard to roll out anyone other than Knaak to get the last three outs
