I personally think Nussmeier more NFL caliber and game 1 may once again be a big disappointment. But what do I know. Just a feeling.

…will really test the PREPARATION-issue that has plagued the coaching staff these last few years.

I think that the LSU Tigers will be coming into this game with some SERIOUS motivation to punch Clemson in the mouth. I don’t think that the LSU Tigers have ANY respect for the Clemson football team, and they will be looking to EMBARRASS Swinney and his coaching staff.

CDS should be looking at this game as the most important game of the season, a make-or-break game. After what happened to FSU last year with the high expectations, I fear for this 1st game with an SEC opponent that has a serious chance of a national title.

LSU will be coming into this game to make a STATEMENT and punish Clemson for what LSU perceives as arrogance, entitlement, and disdain from the Clemson football team.

Swinney had better get these guys READY for a WAR on August 30th.
