Garrido coached multiple places. When he left, almost every team, they were performing at the top of the conference. During the first year to three years at the new school, he struggled but he ended up getting to the top within a few years.

TL;DR: You are not going to change a baseball program in three weeks, and to think so is quite idiotic.
