If the car never reached the water... what was Tony in the water for exactly?
Maybe I'm misreading this thing.

It's a moat. To get from one side to the other, you must _________.

Are you suggesting Tony can't walk on water?

If he had done his job the trainers woulda been able to moonwalk across the surface of the moat.

Indoor Practice Facility....Why didn't he just use one of the jet skis? They have EVERYTHING in there!

The young man works as an assistant to one of the football staff.
He has some very serious injuries (with fairly long recovery) but none appear to be life threatening.
I think the wreck was in the vicinity of the corner of Perimeter Rd and the access road by the indoor practice field and the car ended up close to the water. If you look on Google maps/earth, you'll see that there is a great difference in distance/time in going around by dry land vs. crossing the moat. The moat is pretty shallow in most places.

Tony was across the moat from the car ... they swam to get to the place where the young man's car was. It would have been a drive to get to where the car went off the road. I'm not confused, hope this helps.

Good for the driver that it wasn't a SEC staff. They would tell the driver to man up and give him money.

Awesome for the Clemson staff to rush over to help the driver. Goes to show that they aren't just good on the field we are also great in general. Proud Tiger fan right here!

I'm placing my bet that you would have done the same if you would have been there. With most, it's a natural human reaction to help people when you see their life at risk of losing it. I've been in that situation once before, and I reacted without giving it any thought at all. It's just what good humans will do for each other!!!

I'm pretty sure that even a Koot would help people in life/death or serious injury situations.
