On TigerNet Are on drugs (not counting alcohol, tobacco, coffee, tea, colas, etc)?
Can't image doing hard drugs unless for dire pain.

Why would you leave out alcohol and tobacco? Those

are the most dangerous of them all, though they happen to be legal. The most abused drugs today are prescription drugs...dealt legally through Dr's and illegally through grandma.
If you're talking about things like heroin, pcp, crack, meth...I doubt many on Tigernet are partaking of those and still be on these forums.
Actually, there are a few posters on here that could be, based on their posts.

Not including those who get shot over it, zero. Impossible to overdose. Now how many people die from alcohol poisoning and prescription drugs?

I lick a blue xanax about once every other week but that's just to keep my sense of humor intact.
I could name one or two that need lithium but I don't want to embarrass Louie Le Lip or our drive by hit man the Doctor.

I've thought you were on drugs

Based on your odd and way over the top homer posts. NTM your obsession with Chad Kelly.
And if you don't think professional athletes were not using drugs, especially painkillers, even back in "your day" you're being naive. Just love it when old men tend to think these things were not going on 40, 50, 70, 80 years ago.

There once was a young soldier named Alexander.

He fought in a great campaigns but when he neared the front of battle his superior officers noticed his hesitancy to be aggressive enough to engage the enemy. Out of frustration with him the superiors told the army's leader when he passed through the ranks.
The leader called the young man before him and asked his name. Learning of the young soldier's name the leader revealed he too was named Alexander for he was Alexander The Great. He then warned the youth to either fight or change his name.
I think this story is applicable to you 'WiseTiger.' Clemson fans have respect for those of Bill's age and in most opinions addressing Bill and other elders as 'old men,' and insulting their memories with ridicule is most unwise.

And, apparently you did not read my post.
Meh, you're old. Give some actual good advice instead of the "look at me" crap.
So, athletes did not take drugs in the 60s? Too funny to listen to the 60s generation talk about drugs.

You would be surprised how many people are
Jul 31, 2015, 3:19 PM

on mind altering drugs. My wife went to a dinner with about 10 of her coworkers, all women, and the subject of antidepressants came up. It turned out that my wife was the only one there not on any drug to make it through the day. I get that many people need these pharmaceuticals to function in life, but that just seemed like a little over diagnosing.

Interesting that like most of the populace, alcohol isn't considered a "drug" because it's legal. In fact more people die of alcohol related deaths than all illegal drugs combined.
Pot being illegal is crazy. Nothing who's primary side-effect is eating 2 boxes of Vanilla Wafers while watching the Flintstones should be subject to criminal prosecution.
Not in my lifetime but one day most drugs will be de-criminalized. Help will be the strategy of most western cultures approach to hard drugs....not incarceration.
Old man's 2 cents... 8-)

I have done pretty much every drug on the planet several times, and I am still alive to tell the tale. From my vast experience in this venue, it is the legal ones that cause most of the mayhem. Juan day look at the statistics with regard to alcohol intoxication and violent crime, or people locked in jail who can not even remember their actual crime because benzos.
you will see a direct correlation.
