I made a lot of agreements that I considered a done deal...

when if fact a more accurate description would have been an agreement in principle. They wanted my labor, material and overhead and I wanted their money. That much we agree on. At this point it becomes semantical.
I'd suggest that either they have an agreement in principle or they don't. Never the less, there are two concerns. Is york blowing smoke about having a source or is his source blowing smoke about knowing what he is talking about.
Either york is one of the best internet liars I have run in to, he is extremely gullible or he has a reliable source.
If it happens that we move to the Big then the latter is true. If not then we may never know whether he is a liar or gullible.
I don't believe he's is a liar.

No matter how any Clemson follower/supporter feels regarding a possible future move to the Big 12 I'd suggest patience on all counts at least through the month of June and the first half of July. Based upon the sources I've read from publications to ESPN and blogs especially, Clemson and FSU have to move carefully and make certain all the legal requirements are done properly before any relocation takes place.
The "Done Deal" attitude is based upon a number of factors which every interested poster knows about and ultimately the newly created Advisory Committee and the BOT must sort out before making a final decision. I do not expect this step until after the BCS meetings later this month and until other elements of the move are finalized.
Fans are entirely to impatient or seemingly opposed to any change which they aren't prepared for long-term. This is not meant as a negative comment, but Clemson certainly has to take every situation concerning the school as a whole, as well as our athletic programs into consideration deliberately. While we individually support Clemson personally I'm glad I am not the final decision maker in this process!
Go Tigers!
