2 guys that are for sure in over their head........Grisham and Streeter, but like I said below if you have 2 outta 3 of Elite QB, Elite WR, and Elite OC/playcaller...........we think we have ONE right now in Cade..........the other two are NOT.
and I've said all along the COACHES are the reason for our issues.......COACHES, not DJ...........COACHES!!!.........and you saw last night that the COACHES were WRONG.
Question is was it STREETER that said Cade wasn't ready or Dabo???

11 of 22 for 98 yards. One TD and one terrible INT. He wasn't ready.
Most of the time a true freshman takes time to get acclimated, mature, and develop. See it all the time where freshmen are a different player at the end of the year then they were in the beginning.
No different than Cade.

How many of those plays were with 2nd or 3rd string? ND game was a ridiculously tough situation. And that interception was also the WR's fault for not coming to the ball to catch or knock it down.

Lets be realistic. In the beginning of teh season Cade wasn't ready. But DJ looked like an improved version. What we were being told , looked to be happening. So no complaints early on. But as the season progressed, DJ regressed, into his old self. That leash should have been darn short; real short leash !! But it wasn't and that is when everything went sideways.

Well, he did fail to utilize his best QB....and the QB plays on offense....and Streeter is the OC....so there's that.
The only ones who should feel ridiculous are Streeter and Dabo for letting the team down.

Again, whats so hard to fathom about true freshmen maturing and developing, and becoming a better player by game 13 then they were game 1?
Happens every year at every program.
It's simply comical to watch all the P5 Tigernet coaches act like they know better.

Bottom line: Cade gave us the best chance to beat SC.
Does this mean that he should have started the season no. BUT when DJ looked as bad as he did you have to make the move.
I would have said after the ND game the move should have been made. We were winning against inferior opponents just straight up running on them. There was no balance because of DJ.

All Offensive coordinators develop differently. Some quicker than others. They have to mature, and get that P-5 speed play down pat. Kinda like a freshmen QB who was not ready until minutes before going into a ACCCG and beating a Heisman wannabe Qb and walking away with the MVP trophy.

Yea and our WR corp looked as good as I have seen them all year. Have had my doubts with Ngata but was pleasantly surprised last night.
Radio mentioned last night that Dabo said that the Turner kid had as good or better ball skills than Hopkins did at the same point of their Clemson playing days. Guess I’m saying that right. Most will know what I mean?.

Hood laid it out there in YouTube video today. Said Dabo is risk averse. DJ was essentially afraid to play and commit a turnover.
One game in 2016 DW4 had 6 turnovers and we barely lost (Pitt) -- then won the natl championship a few games later. CK2 is going to let it fly and make some mistakes -- he also will have two to three times the TD's of DJ. Cade "The Choirboy" Klubnik has brought mojo back to the team. The WR's and OL are alve again.

Now- I will say this. I give them a pass. 10-2 ACC champs is pretty darn good.
Am I disappointed in the SC outcome and decisions. Yes.
But Dabo has earned quite a few passes. Just hope he learns from this.

to be "ELITE" on offense you have to have at least 2 outta 3 of the following:
-an elite QB
-elite WRs
-elite Playcaller
we have ONE..........and NO plugging a QB in against one of the WORST defenses in the country doesn't make Streeter "ELITE".
What's more troubling is OUR COACHES have been the reason for our ISSUES..........this entire time it's been on OUR COACHES........PERIOD!!

He never should have been promoted to that job in the first place. He was too inexperienced to take over the offense for an elite program. Low hanging fruit. Nit to mention our offense was atrocious last year. Why promote from a failing offense?

I am sure Streeter had a hand in playing DJ. So there is that major decision that cost this team the CFP most likely. He is also went away from the run and was very predictable for much of the season.
That being said this scheme still leaves allot to be desired. Still too many “oh not sure what to call, so here is a screen play” moments.
But yes the QB made a major difference. I will be glad to eat crow if the trend continues.

Streeter sucks and needs to go.
He was not able to either develop DJ, or modify the office to fit his abilities.
Both are a failure in Streeter.
Trevor Lawrence regressed in his time at Clemson under Streeters coaching. Streeter sucks, he needs to go.
