Was wondering if that would ever happen. I have mixed feelings about that...I guess it will lower the incidence of drunk and/or inattentive fans being beaned by a fast-moving football.

Whbesen I was younger loved sitting on the hill and catching the football on extra points........ If they want to do anything replace those awful goal post......... Go with the old time look like they have at FSU and LSU those are the looking goal post.... What can this be worth to Clemson? I hope we don't do like GATECH and have MCDee's logos on the basketball court........

From what I've witnessed, Clemson's hill is the only landscaped endzone that is actually packed full with fans/students instead of half-a-dozen kids just rolling around.

I think its just for the ABC game also. I'm not excited about the commercialism either but the reality is we either continually look for possible revenue streams or apply for FCS status. Either that or choose to be mediocre @ FBS level.

I am absolutely not a fan of this. I suspect come next season they will announce that due to "safety concerns" fans will no longer be allowed on the field. We really need to get rid of this AD. He clearly doesn't understand Clemson.
