Yep, they’ll hang their coot logic ACC Championship and Playoff banners since we made it. I’m sure they’ll enjoy it right next to their 60s ACC banner. It probably feels a bit lonely next to all the weird stat banners.

I had a co-worker tell me "they" are the real ACC champs since they beat the team that won the ACC. I told him every 55 years isn't quite our conference standard, but to enjoy the moment anyway.

If they get 10 wins I am fairly confident they may put up a banner for this season. I’ve read some coot post about how this is the best they’ve felt about SC football. They feel even better than the Spurrier years. SC fan base is one of the most delusional fan bases out there. That’s not an exaggeration.

Exactly. They live and die by the portal. They lose a lot off that D this year and they have to hope they hit on the portal or they’re back to 6-6. Film is out in Sellers. He’s not much of a thrower. He’s one hell of a runner. Teams will figure him out.
I don’t see them returning the same D next year and that D is responsible for at least 3 wins if not more.

They do not have a hard schedule next year. Ole Miss and Alabama will be their biggest games. Alabama seems like the wheels are coming off with all the transfers.
