I start out doing laps. Pretty easy in the back yard but in the front various obstacles get all in the way and I end up going all sorts of ways.

Back yard is big enough to do multiple quadrants in laps sometimes. Just depends on the mood.

Then rows back and forth, but I change directions every mowing on zoysia so as not to create permanent mower wheel lines.

If it's about to storm, or is too hot, or I'm out of beer I'll do laps. Otherwise I take my sweet time going up and back, sipping on a cold one. Really would love to add an air conditioned cab to enhance the experience, but having a baby basically ruined that dream.

Oh yes-this really got me excited!
Combo=Laps around big trees, but various funky mowing movements for the remainder of yard. She likes for me to switch it up.
