I'd prefer Watson talk to Caliendo. He is a better Gruden than Gruden.

Really, I'm glad DW didn't win it. By definition, the Heisman goes to the best QB who is the most important to their team. It will go to the mediocre team who rides their QB to the top, not to the good TEAM who wins a lot of games with a good QB.
That's why Alabama has won how many national championships without their QB ever winning. Alabama is good from top to bottom, so there's no room on a team like that for a superstar QB. Same for us, really.

I think they forgot all the Heissman was suppose to represent. Character, humility, good sportsmanship are traits that the winner didn't have

Deshaun Watson did not lose out on the Heisman, the Heisman lost out on Deshaun Watson.
They're in love with numbers, not with character or leadership anymore. If not having a Heisman in the lobby @ Daboland means we had a QB that won the Clemson family 2 ACC titles, 2 NY6 bowl game trophies, & a National Championship to show off instead, then screw the Heisman. We don't need it to prove Deshaun Watson was the best in not only a Clemson uniform, but the best in the country during his time in Tigertown

That is a special young man. He grew as a man at Clemson, but Clemson also became better because of him. He is such an inspiration for so many young people struggling in life that it is possible
