Yeah, I always wondered why in basketball the offensive player can be the one who initiates contact, but the defensive player is the one who gets called for the foul. I was always told the defensive player must have his feet set for the foul to go against the offense. Not last night.

The announcers explain that last night. You can be moving and still draw a charge. You just have to be in a defensive position. You don't have to be standing stationary to draw the charge.
