I think Watson has big numbers through the air.
Thoughts?

Yes, you should watch the first half of the Auburn game. They had a lot of success running the ball.

I would expect a pretty good dose of jet sweep action, hoping to lure a linebacker out of the box if they choose to load it up. Our rushing attack does exactly what Bama's does, and that's wear down an opponent and knock them out in the fourth quarter.

Can 'Bama successfully run against Clemson's Defense the entire game?? If they're forcedto depend on Coker's passing ability, they're in trouble

My only concern is Derrick Henry in the 4th quarter. He's got over 500yds in 4th quarter this year.

OOC what are Gallman's yards in the 4th?

And on how many carries?
No doubt Henry can be a formidable weapon. Just curious how Wayne's numbers compare.

384 of those yards came with the games well in hand.
Clemson's more focused on getting real-time reps for backups. Makes for good prep should we need them come Mon night.

We need all the receivers to step up and go up for the ball and make those amazing catches

3rd down defense will define this game, just like it has defined our season on defense. We are 2nd in the nation at getting off the field on 3rd down. Alabama's offense is ranked 96th in the nation at converting third downs.
That tells me 1 of 2 things: Either they rarely face 3rd down, or they're in a lot of 3rd & long situations.
Without crunching all 126 programs in the country, a quick peek at the stats page tells me that every team has faced somewhere in the neighborhood of 200 3rd downs. Bama is no exception. If we can force them into 3rd & 6 or more, we will win this game because it will effectively take Henry out of the equation. If they have success on 1st and 2nd down, we will be in trouble defensively.
They only allow 2.3 yards per carry. Against BC, who allows 2.39 yards per carry, we averaged just 3.1 yards per carry, which was the worst performance of the season for our rushing attack. Watson threw for over 400 yards, so it would take that kind of effort and then some if we can't run the football effectively.

That's the big question/ key.

We need to be patient though. We didn't even run on OK until the second half. Because Gallman had "fresh legs". That was such a dumb comment btw. Like Gallman wasn't blocking or anything else on practically EVERY play in the first half.
The another big key is if Watson can stay healthy running on those big boys.

I'm not really worried about DW4's health. He's been hit just as hard by everyone else we've played this year and he's logged double-digit carries 9 times this season. If they couldn't break Johnny Manziel, they wont' break Deshaun.

Don't get me wrong, Alabama's defense is as big, strong, and fast as anyone you'll come across with over 20 5*/4* prospects in their 3-deep, but I don't put much stock in the injury factor as a lot of non-Clemson people do.
I guess they think Watson is fragile, but the only injuries he's had since coming to Clemson weren't delivered by opponents.

Watson has shown he is very durable, like you stated "freak accidents"
Funny looking back now all we heard from our opponents and the media before the year started is that Watson would be lucky to finish the season.
How did that turn out?

He blew his knee on a cut and if my memory serves right, his hand injury was from hitting a helmet on his follow-through. Not worried about him holding up anymore than I'm worried about Ben Boulware holding up trying to tackle Henry.
