Forgive if Germans for this rant
First of all let me say that Brent Musburger loves Clemson. When Danny Ford gave him a tour, he fell in love with Clemson and admired Danny. He still does. So, I am biased, I guess in defending Brent. I watched the game,and I heard what he said about Miss Webb. What he said understated what I was thinking one step ahead of his words. The reason for this post is to say that first and foremost, Brent Musburger is a gentleman, and any redblooded American gentleman would have said what he stated. Also, Brent Musburger, as any gentleman, would feel terible and wouldn't hesitate to aplogize to Miss Webb if she had in any way been uncomfortable with his remarks. Of course, she wasn't. For the agenda driven, biased, pc-leftists and the media that supports them to demand and receive an apology pretty much summarizes what is wrong with this country. Once again, it is posted here because he is an Honorary Tiger.

He said what most everyone was thinking. She is a beauty and a heckuva more entertaining to watch than the boring ball game. Musberger said nothing approaching vulgarity. For ESPN to apologize is another kneeJERK reaction to a supposed, but nonexisting situation.

when there was nothing to apologize for. But I think ESPN's legal department wanted that statement. Apparently they had some sexual harrassment complaint or suit in their workplace again recently from what I had read.

making a passing comment to a friend as they drove by some really hot lady out sunbathing somewhere. He was making a comment to several million people. If Miss Webb had actually been part of the conversation, then perhaps saying, "Well, your boyfriend clearly is one lucky fellow," might be a nice thing to say. But really, what millions of men heard was, "Wow! I'd like me some a' that!" And there ain't anything gentlemanly about it.
