As I moonlighted as a semi pro back in my 20s. Bc poker is about skill, percentage, pot odds and not just gambling.
I think my best year was 30k made off the poker site. Then the govmint shut it all down to protect casinos that were bribing them to shut down online poker

I was up because that was like the fourth ticket I'd ever bought. Figured I'd never stay up if I kept buying tix.
Then later, bought a ticket at the gas station that sold the winning $650 million lotto ticket for that week's drawing. I woke up, saw the news, and about broke my ankle running to the car to check. Was not me. They sold like 500 tickets at that station for that drawing. Closest I've come, didn't play a year or more after that.

I figgered one of two things,
