that has to happen in order to say this team is better than those other Clemson teams. They will need to take a huge step this season on the D-Line and Offensively if they're supposed to be better than those CW42,Dex, DW4 teams. Tell me which one of those teams would have ever been shutdown by that Louisville team last year in Death Valley? I think we're good enough to take the ACC with improved play but you'll have to prove it to me every week for me to believe we're the elite of the elite this year.

Hopefully this team isn't buying into any of the hype. They ain't proved nothing other than that they are a good team on paper at this point. LSU game should give us a good idea of who we are. I for one know we can't do the whole going MIA for 2 of 4 quarters like we did routinely last year. Coaches need to get better at making the right adjustments in a timely manner. Seems like we played our worst in the 3rd quarter last year. Didn't really adjust much after halftime and then had to play with fury in the 4th to win, maintain a lead, or get back in it.

Bo Nix seems like a very good comparison. Cade has a little bit of a "wildcard" factor where he could make some wild stuff happen but also could make a boneheaded play like at the end of the South Carolina game last year. Deshaun had a little touch of that wildcard factor but always made up for it and Trevor Lawrence was just a flatliner, he was a cheat code and you always knew what he was going to do out there.

I like hearing all the positives on Cade Klubnik but Matthew Stafford is not a good comparison. Stafford is a pocket QB with an absolute Howitzer for an arm. Bo Nix is a decent comparison but I think Klubnik has a higher ceiling than Nix. Just my .02 cents

Yeah Stafford is not a good comparison other than being from Texas****
