Had I not hit the brakes, he would have spun himself on my front end. I was doing 75 in a 60mph zone in the middle lane of a 3-lane interstate (6 total including both sides). Was a car in front of me, and the far left lane was clear. He just decided it was best to cut me off than slow down and get over two lanes and he missed the car in front of me by another 2 inches. Once he hit the clear left lane he had to hit 100mph+.

I kept looking for the cop to come up chasing him....nope. Just an idiot.

I was merging on to 85 yesterday and was getting up to speed and pacing the cars in the right lane to match their speed and zip in like a normal person. The wasn't enough of a gap so I started slowing down because after the string of cars there was no one coming. Last car in the string came to a dead stop on the interstate, flashed their lights, and honked their horn to let me in front of them.

I'm sure they patted themselves on the back for being nice but it took more time than just maintaining speed so I could get my timing right and they could have caused a bad accident if there was anybody coming up behind them or changing lanes.
