Anybody else been getting this? They are asking to update your information and for you to relate interesting stories while you were at Clemson. I get the sneaky feeling that it is a university authorized scam to compile some kind of book and then try and sell them to alumni at a ridiculous price. Am I being to skeptical?

LOL ...... that was going to be one of my stories, but maybe I should reconsider. I guess every class would clear out a room and use it for boxing (with 16 ounce gloves), like we did. The walls were just as good as ropes, just maybe a little louder.

went home literally every weekend to see his girlfriend.
Someone would start calling his room really early on Saturday or Sunday mornings. If you hit the wall hard enough, you could knock the phone off the hook so it would stop ringing.

That's exactly what it is. One of my classmates called and they were asking 400 bucks or so for a copy. Third party profiteer involved.

Well, I answered the phone nd listened to their pitch. It could be very interesting of it’s done right. It is definitely a money making initiative- for somebody. The good news is you don’t have to buy anything.

Yes it's like $350 per member of a house since we are both alums in order to get a book and recording of answers to a question. I told them to take a hike.

Thanks everyone ……… just what I thought. They didn’t ask me to buy a book but I knew it was coming. It’s kind of like the “free” church photo directories where the photo company does it for free and then tries to sell a set of photos to each individual or family.

I am not sharing stories. Some are bound by Non-Disclosure Agreement and others have not run the full statute of limitations! Silence for me!!
