We know 2 and 3, Syracuse loses Dungy but 2nd string RS Jr. Devito was #8 pocket passer QB and #130 overall prospect by ESPN out of high school. I give Syracuse the edge here because of Dino as head coach has schemed well against us and the fact that the TexAM game is the week prior.
Syracuse opens with Liberty and travels to Maryland (who beat Tex each of the last 2 seasons) before coming to Clemson.

Really, only the first 2 truly scare me. TAMU will be a very tough out. And Syracuse up there, playing dirty, trying to pop TLaw, could be a challenge (it WILL be hot that early in the season in the non-conditioned dome). I put FSU ahead of the coots because of the sheer volume of 5* talent and depth there. Not sure what they're doing with their OLine. coots will be a cinch. TLaw will light them up and our D will have something to prove after this year's debacle (don't hate on me Dabo).
And seriously, those first three games are not an easy draw. Not at all.

The teams biggest challenge will be getting ready for the next game after blowing the previous team out. Dabo will have the boys ready and I expect our closest game to come against the playoff teams. Those teams may be able to stay within 28 points but highly unlikely.

1. Jimbo know us and they'll be the most talented team we play by far. (Saving grace is it's in the Valley though)
2. Only reason USCjr is #2 is because the $EC gave them a bye week before they play while we have to go up and play Wake Forest that week ($EC gotta give the coots some chance even though a bye week second to last week of the season is unheard of.
3. Can't really decide #3 history would say Syracuse because it's on the road and considering last two years were be close (However losing Eric Dungy will really hurt them). Georgia Tech is sneaky because it's the first game of the season on a Thursday night and they got a new coach so we have no idea what kind of offense they're going to run (with no film).

I believe Fla St. is going to the usual coaching recycle thing like Florida, Texas, USC etc. did. They will be back at some point but could take a while. I don't see it at all with their current coach and probably not the coach after either

#3. UofSoCa (Usuck) - They don't want a sixth straight loss, because we will get the seventh the next year so look out, especially if a bowl game depends upon a win in this game. Hope their schedule kills any momentum.
Alternate: BC - well coached, tough out.
FSU is a real question mark as to who shows up.

Dungey is gone at SU, and they are NOT any good without him.
Deebo is gone at UofSuc, and they are NOT any good without him.
I just do not see any team that will do very well against CLEMSON. Possibly FSU, since I think Art Briles kid is their new OC, so maybe they might show up sometime in the future. But, probably not.
