Jim Phillips spoke on this earlier, and he said there aren't any available teams that would add revenue.

Obviously would prefer WV and ND, but maybe UCF would help. Dan Patrick said last week he expects FSU, Miami and UCF to SEC which saying UCF surprised me.

I don’t think that he said that.

Why would the SEC want UCF? So they can claim two natty's in 2017. The real one (Bama) and the self crowned one (UCF).

Nope. To move the income level, we need a Texas team (Baylor) and a Cali team (Stanford) and get ND all in.

Honestly, any School President who signs on the dotted line

to join the ACC right now should, and probably would, be fired immediately for cause.
Thinking the ACC is a viable option is almost as dreamlike as believing ESPN suddenly turn altruistic and starts shoveling bucketloads more money in the direction of the ACC to keep it competitive.

Clements and Neff should be putting all their effort into leaving the ACC, even if it means risking $100M+. Long-term, Clemson will be in a far better position if we exit the conference sooner rather than later. The Clemson brand will not improve while the ACC withers and dies.
