WATCH: CFB analyst says INTs "were the best thing" for Trevor Lawrence

ACC Network's 'The Huddle' did an extended breakdown postgame show live from Death Valley and talked Trevor Lawrence's opener, which featured a pair of touchdowns and interceptions.

Former FSU quarterback E.J. Manuel isn't sweating the first multi-interception game of Lawrence's college career.

"Not at all (concerned). Not at all. Those two interceptions were the best thing that could happen to him," Manuel said. "He's going to look at the film tomorrow and probably clap his hands a little bit - coach is going to get after him a little bit just to make him know that, 'Hey, you can't do this.' Trevor, as a quarterback when you get to that kind of level, you feel like you have a command of the game and you're going to take shots and chances. That's going to happen. Interceptions are going to happen and they're going to happen later in the season too...Just move on and act like it never happened."

The panel also talked up Isaiah Simmons' big night, who led all tacklers with 10 stops Thursday.

"He's just a beautiful thing," former Miami and Georgia coach Mark Richt said. "You get enamored with the body type of these guys because you know they're long and can run. He can strike. He's just a baller and fun to watch."
