Rivals updates 2025 class rankings with eight Clemson commits in its Top 250

Tae Harris is now Clemson's highest-rated pledge on Rivals, at No. 46 overall.

A Clemson DB commit continued his jump up the recruiting rankings.

Tae Harris, Clemson's most recent 2025 pledge, vaulted 160 spots to No. 46 overall and the Tigers' top-rated commit on Rivals.com.

"Harris has been a well-known recruit throughout this rankings cycle but he really opened some eyes this spring. The Clemson commit posted a 4.3-second 40-yard dash and a sub 4.2-second shuttle this spring (both would have been top-20 times at this past NFL Combine), and that speed shows up on film," Rivals analyst Adam Friedman said in the site's updated rankings this week. "From his safety position, Harris flies sideline-to-sideline making plays on the ball and leveling receivers. He has the technical skills to play multiple positions in the secondary and has the physical playing style to be a reliable run defender."

Clemson's current Top 100 spots are filled out by running back Gideon Davidson (60) and defensive tackles Isaiah Campbell (94) and Amare Adams (100).

The next 100 includes Tiger pledges on either side of the line of scrimmage with OT Brayden Jacobs (107) and DE Ari Watford (141).

The final Top 250 prospects in the class so far are within a spot of each other in all-purpose back Marquise Henderson (242) and quarterback Blake Hebert (243).

Five-star offensive line target David Sanders is expected to be in town for an official visit this week, and he retained a No. 2 spot in the updated Rivals rankings.

Clemson is currently seventh in the 247Sports Composite Team Rankings for the 2025 class.
