Clemson targets, commits see movement in new 2020 rankings |
An update to 247Sports’ 2020 rankings saw some movement
for some top Clemson targets and commitments.
247 Composite 5-star defensive tackle commit Demonte Capehart is now rated No. 32 overall and the nation’s No. 2 DT. Four-star inside linebacker commit Sergio Allen is rated No. 128 overall and right at 100 in 247Sports’ own rankings. Clemson has reported offers to four of the top-five in the new rankings: SDE Bryan Bresee (Damascus, Md.; 1), OLB Sav’ell Smalls (Seattle, Wa.; 2), ILB Justin Flowe (Upland, Ca.; 3) and QB DJ Uiagalelei (Bellflower, Ca.; 5). Other Clemson targets include five-stars in athlete Arik Gilbert (8), wide receiver Julian Fleming (9), cornerback Kelee Ringo (12), outside linebacker Mekhail Sherman (13), offensive guard Justin Rogers (15), inside linebacker Antoine Sampah (23), strongside defensive end Myles Murphy (18), as well as strongside defensive end Darrion Henry (58) and cornerback Luke Hill (68) among more top prospects.
