was named a second-team freshman All-American by Baseball America on Monday. Crownover, who received freshman All-America honors by Collegiate Baseball in June, had a 7-3 record and a team-best 2.19 ERA along with 45 strikeouts against only 17 walks in 70.0 innings pitched over 15 appearances (14 starts) in 2013. In ACC games, the Ringgold, GA native had a 3-2 record and an ACC-best 1.73 ERA.
