Regional RPI Rankings
There is no perfect way to judge regionals to see which schools have the easier or tougher roads to the super regionals, but I have tried to go strictly with the RPI to rank the toughest regionals.
Four Team Rankings
I doubt the rankings using all four teams is the best way to rank regionals. In most cases the fourth seed in each regional is not a big factor, yet their RPI usually drives the overall ranking way up. Nevertheless, here is the rankings using the RPI for all four teams in each regional:
