After Further Review
I sat down yesterday and reviewed the video of the Auburn game and came away with a few general thoughts.
The atmosphere was fantastic. The game had a big-time feel to it and the crowd responded with energy.
Chad MorrisChad Morris
Offensive Coordinator / QBs
View Full Profile impressed me again in several areas. First, he helped Boyd improve in his role as the quarterback coach. Second, his game plan was terrific. Third, the pace of his offense is as fast as any I have ever seen. Finally, he made nice adjustments throughout the game.
The offense looked balanced throughout the game. It reminded me of the Maryland game last year except it was against a better defense. Clemson did not hit huge plays in the passing game and dropped too many balls but it was a balanced offense.
Clemson had seven drives of nine or more plays and only had one three-and-out.
The pistol formation gives Morris more running options.
