Clemson has already offered OL Jay Guillermo for next year's 2012 class. He has already visited the campus four times. He visited Clemson this past weekend. This was his 1st college offer at this point in time in the recruiting process.

According to the Knoxsville News Sentinel on Feb 2nd:

"I don't know why. Nobody in my family really liked Clemson. But I've always loved Clemson. Unless someone just really wows me and changes my mind that much, Clemson is probably it," he told the Knoxville News Sentinel.

I talked to Robbie Caldwell today," said Guillermo. "He said everyone on staff had seen me and they agreed I was what they wanted. They're looking at me as a center. (Caldwell) actually played center. He said everything he looks for in a center, I did pretty well," he told the Knoxville News Sentinel.
