"Kelvin Rainy (Yulee, Fla.) is not a small kid, but a bit undersized for a tight end. He may fit better as a possession-type receiver at the college level. He runs well and has solid hands. He said he is looking hard at Miami, South Carolina and Georgia and while some schools have talked to him about receiver or H-back he said the main three are looking at him as a tight end."
