Brandon King - Wide Receiver
Height: 6-5   Weight: 182   Hometown: Columbia, SC (Ridge View HS)   Class: 2007
ESPN: NR

Brandon King played his junior season of football in Missouri. After his junior season, he returned to South Carolina. King is now seeing his stock on the rise.

"When I went to the Athens Nike Camp, my stock started picking up. Coaches started coming by the school telling my coach they were interested in me."

King is long lean athletic prospect, who is becoming more polished as a wide receiver. King does not hold any offers, but he hopes to get his first soon.

"South Carolina, Middle Tennessee State, Kentucky, Virginia, and Clemson are all showing interest. I hope to get to some camps this summer and make a good impression on the coaching staff."

When a player bounces around, his stock may not rise as fast as others. King will have a chance to prove himself on the field during his senior season.

"I want to play football in college. I know I am going to have to prove it on the field. I am confident I can go out there and make plays. I just have to keep working hard and make sure I am running good routes."

If King camps at Clemson, he would have a chance to earn an offer. We will continue to follow King, as he could a prospect Clemson's continues to evaluate into the fall.
