Height: 6-2   Weight: 190   Hometown: Mobile, AL (UMS-Wright HS)   Class: 2007

Brandon Gibson has caught the eye of almost every school in the southeast very early. Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Georgia, Georgia Tech, and several others have offered the Mobile standout.

"A lot of coaches have been coming by the school, most have told my coach that I have an offer by the time they left."

Gibson stands at 6-2, 190 pounds, and he is a difficult matchup for cornerbacks.

"I have really worked on getting stronger. My coaches told me that corners are gonna start trying to jam me, so I need to be able to work off the jam. In a one-on-one situation, I think the ball is mine."

The Crimson Tide of Alabama hold the edge for Gibson, but it is not an overwhelming lead.

"Alabama is still my leader. They are the school I was the most familiar with and knew the most about. The more I am learning about other schools, the more I realize there is a lot of schools that have a lot to offer."
