Barry Humphries - Offensive Line
Height: 6-3   Weight: 290   Hometown: Belton, SC (BHP HS)   Class: 2005
ESPN: NR

Barry Humphries was very first player to get the ball rolling for the 2005 class. Humphries waited until the final weekend of recruiting to take his official visit to Clemson.

"I had a great time. I was able to bond with all the players. We learned everything about Vickery Hall. Nathan Bennett was my player host. He was fun and outgoing. I got to hang out with all of the offensive linemen."

Humphries was also able to spend time with his good friend and fellow commitment Thomas Austin.

"We were just hanging out playing video games. He is a really great guy."

Humphries already has laid out his plan for getting ready to take the field next season.

"It is a new rule now that I can come up to Clemson and start lifting once a week in the spring after I sign. I am going to be playing center, so I have to start working on my snaps. I am going to come to every spring practice."

Humphries will sign his letter of intent Wednesday at 9 a.m. in the school's library at Belton-Honea Path.
