Clemson has offered 4-star 2017 linebacker/defensive end Eric "The Bully" Crosby from Virginia Beach, Virginia on Tuesday evening according to his twitter account.
“I found out on twitter," Crosy told Recruit757 on Thursday. "It was getting retweeted everywhere. Then, my coach finally called and told me the news. It feels great to get offered by Clemson. They’re a good school academically, and football-wise. Other than that, I don’t know much about their program.” Crosby has offers from Alabama, Clemson, Florida State, Miami, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Carolina State, Ohio State, Old Dominion, Tennessee, Texas Tech, Virginia, Virginia Tech and others. The rising junior plays on his high school's defensive line and also takes reps at running back and fullback. He also did the team's punting during his sophomore and freshman year. He sees himself as a defensive lineman in college. Brent Venables is the recruiter of record for Crosby.
