Clemson lands its second QB commitment of the week in 4-star 2017 QB Chase Brice from Loganville, Georgia (Grayson HS).
"First I would like to thank all of the colleges who recruited me and the coaches I have made relationships with throughout this process," Brice said in a post on his Twitter account. "I have enjoyed the recruiting process, but I have come to a decision. After a long thought out decision with my family and coaches I have officially committed to Clemson University. #ALLIN # WETOODEEP" Brice had 18 offers including Boston College, California, Colorado State, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisville, Miami (FL), Michigan State, Rutgers, Vanderbilt, and Wake Forest. In 2014, he completed 126 passes out of 202 attempts for 1759 yards with 19 touchdowns and only six interceptions. Brice passed for 2703 yards, 29 touchdowns and 9 interceptions to lead his team to a 13-1 record and Class 6A state semifinals. Brice is the second QB commitment for 2017 with Hunter Johnson who also committed this week.
