Watkins led all rookie wide receivers with 19 receptions, 366 receiving yards and a 19.26 yards per reception in the month of October.

He was also the only NFL rookie to have two 100-yard receiving games in the month.

The franchise wide receiver is the first Buffalo Bill player ever to be named offensive rookie of the month.
