Brown helped his cause with two sacks during Saturday's 23-10 preseason victory over the 49ers. “He plays hard,” Texans coach Bill O’Brien said via chron.com. “He loves the game, and he’s in there competing. He definitely flashed a couple of times and made some good plays.” Brown was an un-drafted free agent in 2012.
