Dino Babers: "Don't bet the house" on 'Cuse beating Clemson

The Syracuse football team sits at 4-4 heading into this weekend's 3:30 kickoff against third-ranked Clemson needing two wins to become bowl eligible in head coach Dino Babers' first season at the helm.

Can they knock off the Tigers to get one win closer to bowl eligibility? Babers told reporters Monday that it wouldn't wise to for the media to bet their house on a Syracuse win.

"We would have to play our best game. They'd probably have to play not their best game," Babers said in his weekly press conference. "If we can get a couple bounces our way, then maybe, maybe we have a chance. But don't bet the house on it, brother. This is an excellent, excellent football team. There are no weaknesses."
