According to gsabusiness.com, a Clemson degree is ranked #1 on public institutions' return on investment in the state of South Carolina.
Clemson was also ranked #29 in the entire nation with regards to public schools. A ranking by College Database, a nonprofit website that provides educational information, ranks the value of a Clemson University degree at No. 29 in return on investment. Clemson is the only college or university in the state that made the top-50 list. Only colleges deemed public institutions by the Carnegie Classification system were included. Colorado School of Mines was ranked No. 1 with an $851,700 return over 30 years.
A Clemson University degree provides graduates a $409,200 return over 30 years, compared to people who don’t earn a college degree.
