Texas WR interested in Clemson as transfer option

Jones recorded 2 catches for 25 yards in 11 games as a true freshman for Texas.

In March, Jones was charged with felony aggravated assault for allegedly breaking the jaw of a Texas tennis player.

The charges were dismissed and reduced to a misdemeanor in April. Texas has granted him an unconditional release to transfer to any program he chooses.
