CLEMSON FOOTBALL

Photo: Swinney with Mark Gottfried

Clemson coach Dabo Swinney ran into North Carolina State's basketball coach Mark Gottfried during his travels on Friday Night.

Gottfried tweeted that he did not think that Swinney's jumper is as good as his. Gottfried started 98 consecutive games at Alabama and advanced to the Sweet Sixteen in all three seasons he played.

I personally have seen Swinney play hoops several times and his game can be best described as someone who is a "chucker." (Just Joking Swinney) Nobody wants to be called a chucker.

In actuality, Swinney has really good speed on fast breaks and can be pretty deadly from behind the arc. Gottfried would have to use his size and post up Swinney down low.

My bet on the winner would go to Swinney in a close game.

Here is a classic Seinfield episode talking about hogging the basketball being a "chucker."
