No. 20 Clemson held on to an 82-78 win over No. 19 North Carolina to improve to 18-4 overall and 7-3 in ACC play Tuesday night.

The Tigers notched a sixth win over a top-50-rated KenPom team and moved back into a tie for third in the ACC standings.
