has been named the Region II-4A Male Student-Athlete of the Year.

Peake, a Clemson football signee, was a three-time all-region selection and named to the U.S. Army All-American Bowl and Shrine Bowl.

He helped lead the Cavaliers to the Division I 4A state championship in 2009 and runner-up finish last year.

Peake was also an all-region basketball selection and named to the Spartanburg/Greenville FCA All-Star Game. The Cavaliers reached the upper state championship game last season.

Peake joined the track team this past season, helping the Cavaliers to the state championship. He was named to the all-region, all-state and all-county teams.
