Latest Bowl Projections for Clemson

Everything's coming up Roses for the Tigers.

ESPN released their bowl projections for this week and their writers had Clemson in the Rose Bowl against USC. Both analysts had them winning their first playoff game and having a classic rematch with Alabama for Clemson-Alabama III.

CBSSports.com had the same projection with (2) Clemson vs. (3) USC in The Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Cali.

"Clemson struggled early with Boston College before pulling away while USC and Oklahoma survived tougher than expected tests at Cal and Baylor," CBSSports.com said.

Clemson has a chance for another special season but will take it one game at a time as a revenge-minded No. 12 Virginia Tech squad is next in a Saturday night matchup at 8 p.m. on ABC.
